"Reducing Stress At Work"
In the uncertain times that we live in, are your employees more productive and self confident?
Employees all across America are struggling at work every day with worry and
stress. Many are now trying to do the jobs of two or three people, some working
at reduced salaries. They have watched co-workers and friends lose their jobs.
The increased stress in the workplace is resulting in lower productivity, more
work related accidents, and mental and health issues for employees. This is
something that companies just cannot afford! At this critical time when quality
and productivity in the workplace are so needed, it is decreasing.
Reducing Stress At Work is designed
to help eliminate fear and stress at the workplace.
"I firmly believe that any employee who hears,
Reducing
Stress At Work, and implements these simple practical
keys, will be healthier, have more self esteem and self confidence on the job,
produce more quality work, and inspire their co-workers."
Why will your employees connect with me?
Many of them (in Arizona) have listened to my show on KOOL-FM for years.
I personally went through consistent layoffs from February - December of 2008.
After 17 years I was laid off from CBS in December of 2008.
I have been producing motivational and inspiring products for 5 years.
This powerful 45-55 minute presentation will address vital and critical topics including, the results of stress; give 7 keys to help reduce stress; give 4 steps to help eliminate fear, show the personal benefits of a strong work ethic, and, what the Law of Attraction has to do with any of this.
|
What Employees Are Saying About This Presentation
I don't think people realize how much they are hurting themselves.
To eliminate fear and improve their work ethic can only help."
"All valuable for me!"
Very helpful! People are concerned about loosing their jobs
and carry that concern with them through the day." |
Reducing Stress At Work is aimed at helping and inspiring the individual employee to have more self worth and pride in their work for their own personal sake. It is not designed to be a "company" pep talk. But, what they will learn and implement will be of great value for whatever company they work for.
As a result of implementing this
information, your employees will be more productive, more self confident, and will inspire
their co-workers. The effect this will have on your company will be
monumental!*
